Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ExecFractional ("we", "us") collects through execfractional.com (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit a form on the Site — a client match request or an executive application — we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, company, role, LinkedIn URL, and any message or bio you provide. Forms are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the submission under its own privacy policy.

We use this information only to respond to you, to evaluate and arrange introductions you ask for, and to build or update a directory profile you have asked for or approved.

Analytics and cookies

The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your general location (city/region level), and your browser and device type. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Google processes this data under its own terms. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• with the service providers named above, to operate the Site;
• with an executive or company you have asked us to introduce you to, and only what is needed for that introduction;
• when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Directory profiles

A public directory profile is published only with the executive's approval. Executives can ask us at any time to change or remove their profile.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing us at the address below.

Children

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
